Pat and Chuck helped my husband and I buy a new home in Saint Petersburg, while we were still living in Illinois, during the peak of Covid-19 and with very little inventory on the market fitting our needs. We had been searching for months for the right place to live and we were referred to Pat and Chuck through an old colleague. It was a very sad time when meeting Chuck and his lovely wife Pat. My brother had passed away suddenly and his house had to be sold. There was so much to do and I had no idea where to start.
One of the neighbors had Chucks number and I called. Chuck and Pat meet us at my convenience and although often I cried and was very confused, they both made me feel at ease and went what I felt was an extra mile to keep me informed of all that needed to be done.
A Blessing came in that the house was sold at first sight and at asking price. Chuck made everything go so smoothly and I feel was sincerely concerned about me. I would use again and refer anyone to them for great service.

About Chuck Vosburgh
Our life is a dream come true. Pat has been involved in real estate and deveopment since the mid- 1980s. Chuck started in advertising, evolved to 30 years of success as a professional photographer, and in early 2015, joined Pat, as the Vosburgh Real Estate Team with NextHome Gulf to Bay serving buyers and sellers throughout Tampa Bay.We have visited many beautiful places, yet will always choose to make Tampa Bay our home. The quality of life here is great. This is a beautiful place with a lot of history and a bright future. Chuck was born in St. Petersburg and can honestly say there’s nowhere I’d rather live. Pat is from New York City and combines New York toughness with a heart for service.
